Medispot is operated by Medispot Inc. This notice describes how we handle health information collected through the Medispot platform and your rights regarding that information.

When you use Medispot to book aesthetic treatments, we may collect:

• Name, contact information, and account details
• Treatment history and appointment records booked through our platform
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Communications between you and providers through our platform

We use your information to:

• Facilitate appointment bookings between you and providers
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts
• Administer our loyalty points program
• Improve our platform and services
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal or health information to third parties. Ever.

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• With providers — your name and appointment details are shared with the practice you book with
• With service providers — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (secure data storage)
• As required by law — we will disclose information if required by a valid legal process

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Medispot is a booking platform, not a healthcare provider. We are not a Covered Entity under HIPAA in the traditional sense — the providers you book with are responsible for their own HIPAA compliance regarding your medical records and treatment information. This notice covers information collected and processed by Medispot in operating the platform.

We may update this notice from time to time as our practices change or as required by law. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this notice periodically. Continued use of Medispot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
